重庆新雅国际商务研究院成立于2022年10月，为新雅国际集团旗下研究机构。从成立以来，研究院在重庆市社会科学界联合会及重庆市民政局的指导下，积极响应国家“一带一路”倡议，开展国际商务相关的科研创新、资源建设、信息咨询、学术交流、教育培训、国际合作等业务。拥有国内外各学科领域专家、名师100余名，与国内外31所学校建立良好合作，开展产教融合项目100余项，培育教学成果获省部级以上奖励30余项，获重庆市社会科学界联合会通报表彰为2024年度重庆市社会组织工作先进单位，持续为扩大国际商务交流合作，全面提升国内外传播效能做出贡献。
New-Elegance International Commerce Academy，established in October 2022 as a subsidiary of New-Elegance International Group,has been actively engaged in international business-related research innovation, resource development, information consulting, academic exchanges, education training, and international cooperation under the guidance of Chongqing Federation of Social Sciences and Chongqing Civil Affairs Bureau. Responding to China's Belt and Road Initiative, the institute boasts over 100 experts and renowned scholars from various academic fields worldwide.It has forged partnerships with 31 universities and institutions across the globe, implemented more than 100 industry-education integration projects, and received over 30 provincial/ministerial-level awards for teaching achievements. Recognized as a 2024 Outstanding Social Organization in Chongqing by the Chongqing Federation of Social Sciences, the institute continues to expand international business exchanges and enhance global communication effectiveness through its sustained contributions.
